Under current ownership since 2001, our processing plant has been servicing the Treasure Valley and beyond since the early 1940's. Always locally owned and operated.

We're often asked what does "USDA Certified" mean? Well, it means that USDA meat processed at our plant is inspected and passes rigorous Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) standards for product quality, safety and handling.
