USDA meat processed at our plant is inspected and passes rigorous Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) standards for product quality, safety and handling. All animals harvested on site are usda inspected for quality assurance.

As with many industries, the meat processing trade is poorly understood, and struggling with an aging workforce. As such, we have become advocates for our industry, establishing wage rates at our facility comparable to other skilled trades, offering an apprenticeship program, and promoting the industry.
